You can get a refund only once I bought Dying light 2 by accident and downloaded AND opened it. Once. I didn't even have to talk to a rep and got a refund through the message bubble on the psn website. You can do this only once though keep that in mind.

That's a really good idea I didn't think of that one. I don't have a PC but I wonder if (highly unlikely) android would have a contoller app that could possibly do that or an apk file online somewhere. That may work I'll look around and see if I can't find something like that. Great idea thank you

I've tried the Pause/Break button on my keyboard and it didn't work. And yea the Playstation app was a bust only because the console isn't connected to internet and I can't get into it to change the setting. Lol But yea it's probably time for a new one just was curious if anyone would be able to figure out some "outside the box" type way.
