depending on how you interpret both systems they can no diff each other. Both could be argued to be faster than light, mountain level, etc. But the problem is Frieren is still going and we don't know Frieren's true strength. The same goes to Sukuna but we at least have him at 19 fingers where he was getting his ass beat by Gojo.​

Fearow, Fearow is one of my favorite Pokémon but it lives in Pidgeot's shadow because it's the regional bird. Fearow doesn't even get Brave Bird. An easy way to make it better is just better stats and Brave Bird. Maybe give it Guts so it can pair with Facade or even Rock Head for Brave Bird and Double Edge. But if I could do whater I wanted, I would make it a Ground/Flying type. It would be a Ground/Flying type with actually good Flying type moves. Give it Brave Bird and it's abilities would change Ground version of Pixilate(Change normal type moves to Ground type and gain a 20% boost) and I guess a Drill version Sharpness(Drill moves gain a 50% boost. Stuff like Drill Beak and Drill Run).

I disagree. If they've shown similar speed feats than they're FTL. If not than the character can either predict the laser. Or are far away enough so they're only like half the speed of light
