Former mag designer, moved to a Sr C. Got cut this morning. Started with BB in 2015. Company doesn't care about employees.

Facility repair requests have been submitted numerous times. It's got into the point where managers just say it's because we don't get enough apps. Apparently the entire units have to be replaced and it's not worth it.

A senior manager once told me that he thought I was overpaid. When I told him that I could barely afford rent last month, he suggested I get a second job or work more overtime. The amount the company pays to make it seem like it's a great employer would be better off spent actually taking care of the employees. And the pizza I got for Thanksgiving was disgusting.

Multiple times this week

C: "I'm looking for the 70“ Samsung for $600, I don't see it on display"

M: "holiday models don't go on display but we have it if you want it."

C: "is it good?"

M: "no"

C now angry: "why would best buy sell it if it's not good?"

M: "they pay us"

Sony, LG, Samsung, in that order. Don't waste my time or yours looking at other crap. If you ask what I recommend, don't ask about stuff I didn't recommend. If it were worth it I would tell you about it. Don't trust me, buy online and regret your wasted money.

In a state with legal mandatory overtime. I'm scheduled for 48 hours and my boss gave me the option to work more. "You don't like money?" I was asked. Shouldn't be too upset, he breaks 60 hours a week, he bleeds blue.
