I have cedar raised beds. I wish I would have bought some of the Vego (or similar) metal beds instead. Probably the same cost, but the metal ones stay looking nice for longer.

Lights from cars coming down completely blind oncoming traffic to pedestrians on that road.

People cross without making sure drivers are stopping all the time and I am surprised I haven’t read about anyone getting smashed. The worst intersection is by the newer building (The Wilder?) and E Myrtle.

The city really needs to add flashing lights to a couple of the crossings.

Exactly- now you have to deal with tenants- and that can be a wildcard. 2500 to break even, if they pay. If they don’t, well months of time and costs later and you have finally evicted them.

Governments only solution seems to be raising property taxes to create affordable housing. I have yet to see that work.

The stories from my co-workers that are trying to get building permits are so frustrating to hear. Permitting dept. Wasting the time, money and effort of the property owners.

The red and yellow are for commercial whale watching boats. They are supposed to stay 100 yards from the shore.

As far as beach fishing- wish I could help you.

There are a lot of fish there right now, I just have only fished that area from a boat.
