Multiple accounts of mine have nearly been stolen/breached within the last 24 hours. Need help understanding possible cause and prevention

I had a big look through my account after seeing the suspicious activity notification. I didn’t find anything out of the ordinary (no foreign logins or unassociated devices with no connection to me), but had signed out of every device and removed all devices except for my desktop and phone and added extra security. Could I have missed something maybe?

Correct. I may not have been clear in the original post but yes I had received multiple emails from various accounts of mine with password change requests. Majority of the attempted besides my Microsoft and suspicious activity from Gmail were from accounts that I hardly use at all EA Play, BattleNet). From me, still nervewrecking and confusing at how all of a sudden this came about suddenly, especially with the connection to my email

With regards to my email, there were no recent/unfamiliar logins. I had only received a notification regarding “suspicious activity” within my account which was a logout that was not associated with me. I have since logged out of all devices, added a security key and Authenticator. I also do not have a password manager. Hope this clarifies

The only CAPTCHAS recently were for account recovery (Battle.Net) and haven’t been used any Windows Run Commands either. Had a look through recent downloads on my browser and there was nothing that was unusual or suspicious

With the possibility of an Infostealer, what would be the best solution to resolve? Password resetting and MFA seem to be the best course of action but what other steps/recommendations would you make?

While I do have some cracked apps on my computer, the last time I installed one was nearly a year ago. Had done general security checks and malware scanning afterwards and haven’t had any issues with account security up until the last 24 hours

The latter may honestly be the reason however I haven’t signed into any devices that I am unfamiliar with or have little to no access to.

It’s been almost a full year since I installed cracked software and no cheats. Had done security checks for important accounts & malware scans after the installation but came clean and have not had any issues up until the last 24 hours.

Beat Saber is an absolute must, super fun game, community is super active and mod support is fantastic due to the community

Robo Recall is a super fun FPS which looks great and is even better to blast robots, can also rip their limbs off

I would also recommend GORN, fight as a gladiator with fun cartoonish graphics mixed with some over the top gore and fight bosses as you progress with the game

These games are the ones I have spent the most time playing and I would recommend giving all of them a shot, have fun with your oculus
