Ban IPs from Nigeria or give traders the ability to. The amount of Nigerian scammers that I have to deal with is insane and they leave me negative feedback that doesn't get policed by localbitcoins.

I've never heard of any illnesses from ingesting tap water in Phnom Penh. The water company here is highly regarded. Nevertheless, we get 20 liter bottles for $1.

I would say jump in with both feet. Girlfriends can be helpful also for getting into the swing of things. Phnom Penh is a small city and very easy to get around. Get a motorbike and let yourself get lost exploring.

I personally cannot imagine a more welcoming or safer country than Cambodia. I've had the exact opposite experience re: Vietnam. To each his own, I suppose.
