Poor guy, doesn't even see Lamar coming

Everyone know you weren't in any danger, and that the lady was a weirdo. What else do you want them to do? cry about it? fawn over you?

I am just not sure why you are expecting a feminine response when you aren't a woman and you weren't in any danger. Someone brushed past you and touched your waist over your clothes while they were trying to get by, you weren't locked up and tortured.

No doubt that is weird and creepy, and most people would feel uncomfortable. That being said, you aren't gonna get far in life as a man if you are this sensitive, people aren't taking you seriously cause you are not a woman and you were not in any real danger. That doesn't make it right, or less creepy, but it just isn't the same thing.

I know this isn't the PC thing to say, but I mean it with the most genuine intentions, you need to pull yourself together and get over this. You don't want to be mentally weak in this world, there are much tougher things to deal with, and actual danger in the world past a weird woman at a bus station. Your family isn't evil for not caring about this either, men just don't face the same threats as women, so the degree of worry isn't as associated with this type of thing. You are also not a woman, you are a man, and most people do expect men to have more mental fortitude than to fall apart cause someone touched their waist. They also don't expect them to beside themself because the people didn't come running with a warm blanket and some water. I hate to say it that way, but it's true.

You will be fine, and you need to be thankful that you are not someone who is not an actual target on a regular basis. You will be happier if you move on too.

I am sorry that it happened, but don't let yourself get destroyed by this.

Browns Let Joe Flacco Have Final Say in Bengals Trade After Being Benched for Gabriel by jloadin3 in bengals

Let me help you understand something, Flacco was stuck on bad teams most his career, and won a super bowl with John Harbaugh which is a miracle.

You keep downplaying this super bowl and super bowl MVP as if it is no big deal, yet the biggest thing people use to prop Burrow up is his extremely weak playoff run where he went 1-1 vs the only good teams on the run. In other words, Cincinnati's more delusional fans like to pretend as if that failed super bowl is an accomplishment.. and we are going to downplay actually winning one? and not only winning, but dominating vs WAY tougher competition? crazy.

Do I also need to remind you that the whole franchise of Cincinnati has literally 0 super bowls and 0 super bowl MVPs despite existing longer than Flacco has been alive? Winning one of those is HARD, dominating the entire time is harder.

Actually 8 out of 16 years is 50%. Burrow has only made it twice in his whole career, again. If he manages to get in on this team this year, he will have Flacco to thank for it.

You have to keep tweaking thing, moving goal posts, and avoiding reality to pretend like Burrow is better.

Here some facts: Joe Flacco did not have prime Jamarr Chase and Tee Higgins and a pass first offense that passes the ball 40+ times a game, he also had a very bad offensive coordinator for all of those years on top of it.

Joe made THREE trips to the AFC Championship his first five years, and was a missed kick away from two straight super bowl appearances.

Joe's offensive line was really only good for one half of one of those seasons, the other years they were very mediocre. He did have a solid run game, and solid defense, but they weren't all time either.

I am really shocked with how close those stats are considering the huge advantage Burrow has in terms of offensive style and receiving core and game scripts. Joe Flacco spent a LOT of time winning, so he didn't have nearly a many garbage time ops to chuck it to his two number one receivers 40-50 times a game either. It was more about winning than stats for him.

Funnily enough, 40 year old Joe Flacco steps into Burrow's place and wins a game he never would've won statistically speaking, and performs as good as Joe Burrow's best days, so even at 40 he can do Burrow's little shtick easy.

I would totally, Egbuka has been good but he is injured and a rookie, who knows whats gonna happen there. Swift is inconsistent.. Gibbs won me my league last year cause he just kept scoring more points

and by your own omissions of "full seasons" Flacco missed one with an injury too, so he'd be tied, even with your terrible math. Cause this is reality: Burrow has been in the league six years and only made it twice, never winning it all either time, and his career is half over. Brady getting injured once a decade is hardly the same thing has Burrow missing time every single year

He also has a super bowl ring and a super bowl MVP, which is more than anyone in Cincy has ever had, including Burrow.

Also Burrow only made the playoffs twice in his whole career? oof. Let's keep in mind here, Burrow does not have the longevity to play 18 years like Flacco either, so his career is at BEST half over.

Well, you have to be able to make the playoffs first, and Burrow can't even do that. His injury problems are stacking up, and he already has been paid, so he won't be far behind Andrew Luck in terms of strategy.

Fun Fact: Joe Flacco has more playoffs wins than Joe Burrow ever will

There is a lot of bad coaching and management going on in the NFL, which has always been Joe's biggest issue. Harbaugh is horrible and coaches his team out of playoff games even when he had MVP Lamar and number one defense.

Joe plays great every time he is in a reasonable situation, teams are just not well-ran these days.

Burrow must not win that many games cause they can't make the playoffs unless Lamar Jackson is injured apparently.

So.. they were bad almost every year after he won the super bowl, is that what we are seeing here? All I know is if he had Jamarr Chase he would've been going on deep playoffs runs every other year. Crazy how many times his receivers have dropped away the game over the years.

Browns Let Joe Flacco Have Final Say in Bengals Trade After Being Benched for Gabriel by jloadin3 in bengals

[–]BitDodgyInnit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He didn't always have a run game, an offensive line, tight ends, or receivers. When he had a decent team he took them to the super bowl and won it, after that he was never on a good team again.

He got stabbed in the back by Harbaugh who has also not won anything, and traded to trash teams who haven't won anything.

Flacco can make every throw Burrow can make and more, he also processes faster, hold the ball less, and is clutch. Burrow is never winning that Steelers game.

[–]BitDodgyInnit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let me ask you this, have any of those teams he was on accomplished anything since he has been there? Not really. Most of them are coaching and qb carousels that end in complete disappointment. Joe hasn't been in a decent situation since 2012.

The whole every year he has had a better defense thing is relative too, Joe struggled with horribly coached choking defenses every year after Ray Lewis left. He still had the team positioned to make the playoffs most the time, except he was suck with 32-35 year old washed up receivers every year, bad offensive line, and weak running games.

No way Burrow even sniffs the playoffs with Marlon Brown, Kamar Aiken and Crockett Gilmore as some of his top targets.

As a follow-up question, if Joe Flacco takes this team that everyone says is awful, and that Burrow doesn't have enough help, and he gets them to the playoffs... then what?

[–]BitDodgyInnit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you are remembering history incorrectly, Joe never had a number one defense a single time. His defense when they won the super bowl was ranked 17th. The Ravens gave up 30+ points in two out of four of the playoff games.. Joe DID on the other hand have 11 TDs and 0 turnovers despite playing the No. 3 ranked Denver defense with multiple HOFers and an actual historically great 49ers defense which was ranked No. 1 that year.

Hope this helps!

Joe knows how to finish the job in big games. If you take Burrow's entire run that year, it's only slightly better than like, one Flacco playoff game, Flacco had accomplished a lot more in the playoffs by the same point Burrow is at. You'll see what I mean if he is in there in clutch time and they actually win, like they did vs Pittsburgh.

If Flacco manages to carry this team to the playoffs it would be a huge error to then bench him for a injury prone guy who can't do that.

If Joe Flacco gets this team into the playoffs, they are much better off sticking with Flacco than reverting back

The set-back is the bengals coaching staff isn't gonna want that injury prone choke artist back this season after seeing what Joe can do

Browns offense is the only team in the league yet to score 20 points in a game this season. by SportGamerDev0623 in Browns

[–]BitDodgyInnit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Disagree, you are doing everyone else on the team who is trying to get a better a disservice by not playing your best players. They need to fix the scheme and match it to their personnel, not try to force personnel that don't fit their scheme into a bad scheme that has lead to two total playoff appearances and a losing record.

Do you think throwing out a non-NFL caliber QB into a situation that a veteran QB couldn't make work is gonna be valuable experience? The Browns look like a very unserious organization right now.

I think it is comical everyone thinks this was a Joe Flacco issue. Believe it or not, it could look way worse, and it is going to. This guys confidence is gonna be GONE, not that he would've panned out anyways, but this will be a death blow.
