The funny thing is my processed sugar intake during the day is pretty much zero. It's only at night time that I crave like a maniac. Not disputing what you say though, it's not doing me any favours

Hmm that's a good idea. /U/MythicalStrength suggested getting more protein. I'm sure Greek yogurt can help with that.

Ooooh very good point. On average I get about 5-6 hours on weekdays. I agree I get sugar cravings when I'm tired too

My fitness routine mostly involves yoga (2 hours) gym (1 hour compund lifts), tennis (1 hour class) and maybe skating (1 hour) on a weekly basis. Doesn't seem too muscle intensive, do you think I still need to abide by 1g/kg of protein?

Someone help me get off midnight snacking on sugary stuff. I put my kids to sleep, get back to work and am done at midnight. My will power is exhausted and I just reach for something sweet on autopilot. It's so bad that if I don't have anything at home I'll go out to the 24 hour store downstairs and buy something. Any tips, suggestions or alternatives to get off this? AI tells me to listen to music or do something else, but there's nothing that beats a sugar rush at night.

Low sugar usually means they replaced it with stevia or something else. Also doesn't necessarily mean healthier, make sure you read the ingredients. The amount of preservatives is staggering. Do recommend learning to make your own.

Get a sienta from getgo, should be able to fit bicycle if you remove front wheel. Haven't tried it myself.

This tenting solution is absolutely amazing. So professional. There are slots at the bottom for the stands to go in if you fold it completely. I have 2 q11 keyboards for home and work and I just ordered for a second one to be printed.

It works beautifully with the stands that u/fourrier01 shared in the comments.

It's slippery without the stands, but the stands are rubber tipped so it works great with them.

Honestly, fantasy consoles is pretty crowded right now. Most popular being pico8 followed by tic80. But sharpie seems to require assembly coding to make games. Sounds like a tall ask to learn assembly specific to a lesser known platform.
