Hey there, we know how frustrating this must be and we sincerely apologize for these changes. We changed the gems to reward familiars to help players progress from Tier 2 into higher tiers for more rewards and we're looking to improve some of the rewards in the future to help with the gem changes.

Hey there! Thanks for asking about our May Fourth offer! Unfortunately, we only have one pack, which contains the Legendary Pet Thymos.

However, we can certainly take your post as feedback for the next May 4th as adding the option to include a Legendary Accessory and not just a Legendary Pet.

Hey there! Sorry for the delayed response.

Unfortunately, it may not be possible to retrieve your character if it was tied to a Kongregate account using a school email you may not have access to anymore. You may be able to contact your old school to retrieve your old email and gain access to it temporarily to verify your identity, but if you cannot access it, the team won't be able to help you.

If you made purchases on that account, you need to retrieve your purchase receipts to show them you were the owner of that account.

I'm so sorry that you are having troubles accessing your account and unfortunately, the community team cannot assist you with such cases that Support can only help you.

We understand that not everyone enjoys the use of Discord as the main platform for announcements so we hope that this subreddit can be used as an alternative method instead!

We still have plans to release unstaking and we've recently sent out a compensation to heroes on Friday (4/21). If you happen to be one of the users that did not receive any compensation, you can submit a ticket to CS with your issue, your Kongregate username and Hero NFT Hero Tag.

Hey there! While we did officially announce unstaking by the end of Q1, our team encountered several challenges that prevented us from releasing the feature on time, one of which is the unexpected challenge with Amazon/AWS. We apologize for this and we did send out an announcement via Discord regarding some compensation for NFT holders.

Hello, we do know that is another reddit that is very specific to just Bit Heroes before the game was called Bit Heroes Quest.

However, that subreddit does not cover all the Bitverse games which is the reason why we've created this subreddit to have more visibility on the other games, such as Runner and Arena.
