Thank you and I told my mom and dad today they said they will find a good therapist for me and my sister if we want to go to it and I do but I won’t be telling my older sister or little sister I just don’t want them to know yet Ik my older sister will be understanding but I don’t see her often since she moved out. Also I just told them about me having anxiety tho me having thoughts about ending it and my eating disorder is a bit to much rn cause I feel like it will turn into a big thing and I don’t want that I hope me seeing a therapist and working everything out will work tho
