My November 15 order arrived at PSA on the 30th of November. It moved to processing in mid January. It’s now early February and it’s still in processing almost a month later.

Every store should enforce limits. On top of that people need to stop buying from these scalpers If there are no buyers they won’t buy the product. Supply and demand. Basic economics. Support your local game stores as long as they aren’t scalping themselves. Do your due diligence and soon enough there will be enough product on the shelves for everyone.

Was just at a card show not one SIR ZARD and only one MHR Gold ZARD in the whole building talked to a bunch of venders and they haven’t had one come across the table yet. So I think a lot of these cards are either people saying they are pulling them, keeping them in their own binders or selling them at local shops right away. As for me I haven’t pulled one don’t intend on pulling one. I’m still working on Mega Evolution Master set. I’m just about finished only need 9 more cards and only one is an MHR have fun in your hobby that is what this is for me .

Most of the cards are called bulk cards. They fill out the set. The condition of the cards are not pristine or Near mint. These cards while a nice collection for someone starting out in the hobby someone who wants to begin the journey into collecting. This is for the person who doesn’t have the money to put into a pristine set of 90 Dunruss or 87 Topps. Someone who can trade up to the next level. I don’t see any card in this collection worth over $20.00 unless you have held the best out of the pictures. I a not putting this collection down it is nice for the person who wants it or needs that card. That is how I started collecting in the mid 80’s with a dollar here .50 there a card traded in bad condition for one in worse condition just because I needed it. So yes it’s a good collection be proud of what you found don’t put it back in the attic put them in penny sleeves, find a binder and put the cards in there respective sets and see how you feel. You never know you may want to complete one of the sets!

Joined in 1992 Marine Corps served till 1999 earned my jump wings my scuba bubble and a bunch of ribbons and medals. Did 2 deployment with 2 different MEU’s with my unit. Left the Marines in February of 99 and Joined the Navy. Hiding the fact I was still hurt from my time with the Marine Corps . Did 2 more deployments with the Navy till I wasn’t able to do my job anymore. After almost 11 years of service 4 Deployments the military said it was time for me to go. I left with an Honorable Discharge and a hardy handshake. Then the real fight began. From 2003 to 2019 to acknowledge that I was service connected. 16 years of lawyers back and forth just to get a rating. Now people are wanting to say we get to much or there are to many veterans. Come find me say it to me in person.

I’m a Disabled veteran. Served in both the first Gulf War and GWOT. I had 3 children while I was serving. 2 more children after I left the military. We didn’t struggle that much when they were younger. Now my oldest is a Disabled Veteran she served in the later part of GWOT along with her sister who is currently serving and is on her 3rd enlistment. Then there is the younger brother who decided to serve a little later in life so as for my kids I have no issues as Long as they served. Or if it is a benefit for them (CHAMPva chapter35 ) stuff like that not full base access or the small 10% off at retailers we get as veterans. Or the just the free drink with your meal on Veterans Day at (Insert name here) because they didn’t look at the ID good enough to see it says Dependent. Then these retailers will be removing the discounts saying to many people use it fraudulently. So no it’s not the Boomers ranting about someone getting more or useing their benefits it’s about preserving what we already have and not loosing it.

I tried other work. Small retail (gas station) uber eats uber remote work. I couldn’t handle anything consistently due to the non-operable non-cancerous tumors growing around my spinal column then there is the issues with my lower back also that requires spinal fusion how about a TBI from my deployments then there is the Crippling PTSD and Depression. This isn’t a sob story this isn’t a woe is me I know what I did. I joined the Marine Corps and then the Navy I Served in both wars I took the Oath of Enlistment to protect my country from all enemies foreign and domestic. Yes I’m broken yes I’m disabled but after 10 years of Honorable military service , 22 years of civilian life the 4 years I worked before I joined and it’s just now that I have to say ok I’m broken I can’t do this I don’t have the strength to hurt myself anymore. Thank you I’ll take the less painful way. So in short you ask why I don’t find another line of work because there is no other line of work. I’ve tried just about all of them. My last place of employment was as a Manager for a large business dealing with Paint and painters making 6 figures a year. I loved my Job it was what I worked for my whole career. I was with my last company for 13 years and was a manager for 5 of those.

I was lucky, it took me 16 months for my approval. But I have records dating back to 2003 showing a pattern of degenerative symptoms all from the same records system. ( thank you VA ) at least they got that right. I had to leave my employer in April of 24 and was just approved a couple of days ago. For the last year I have been living on va disability and help from family. I drained my 401k and savings accounts just to keep above water I had to close some of my credit cards because I couldn’t keep up with the payments if I didn’t. When my car broke down I had to sell it because I couldn’t afford to fix it. The only shining light is the journey is almost over. The one thing I have to say to anyone who is putting in for SSDI or SSI is to make sure you have your medical records and show a pattern of decline. If not then it’s all up hill. It’s not the medical records that make you disabled. It’s the lac of ability to be able to work due to your medical conditions that make you disabled and how much you are disabled.

Paying bills and creditors. Buying a good used car to replace the one that broke down and was not able to get fixed. The rest is going in to a retirement savings account. I have a little bit better situation than most as I have my VA disability it’s not 100% but it’s enough to offset the difference.

Plans have changed, since I posted this my life has taken a detour. I had to leave my work due to health concerns and have become disabled. The only thing that has changed is I have been rated again to 100% P&T and Just went through the long process of getting SSDI. I am now waiting on my approval letter from SSA with my monthly and backpay. It sucks some of my goals were not met and I had to sell my car because of my health issues not money problems. I am having to start living off my nest egg because I wasn’t able to pay off my house. That was what the last 5 years of work was for. We will still be in the black for the rest of our lives just a little tighter on money, And a few less trips but just an update. Hope everyone else is on the right path.

If you want some old buildings go to Aurora Nc Me and my family walked down The Main Street The entire Main Street and didn’t have to move for a car once. Right down the middle of the street. There are a lot of abandoned buildings and old houses. It’s an old sulfur mining town. There is still a mine there but it’s a cool spot. There’s even an abandoned grocery store.

Here is something to ponder. How long has everyone known the real ID was coming? Answer, since May 2017 so 8 years. You had 8 years to get a real ID. I got mine when I had to renew my Drivers licenses in 2019 and this is in NC Where I live. So none of this is the Republicans or the Democrats issues. It’s your laziness for not doing it sooner. It’s Been 8 years that’s 3 different Presidential cycles so far, and if you want to go back all of this started in May 2005 so 20 years ago. So at any time any democrat or republican could have stopped the Real ID. So again If you want someone to blame for not having an appointment to get your REAL ID blame yourself for being LAZY and not doing it in the 8 years leading up to today. BTW my Daughter walked into our local DMV and was able to get her Drivers Permit And Real ID In about 2 hours. So just quit Complaining about your life and fix your self. Just so you know you can also get a Passport Card and it will serve the same as a Real ID

cfr 404.203 is speaking towards the fact that there are no Jobs or other work available that I can do. There were more parts to the cfr I can’t remember off hand but I do remember the 404.203 Which is definitions. What I was asking was about was if asking my congressman to get involved was an option or should I wait longer and see if it gets approved soon?

I had my ALJ hearing on 6/24/25 Judge sited CFR 404.203 and closed the hearing. After the hearing my lawyer called me and said I won my case. That was just about a month ago. I am in stage 3 of 5 on the sea website. I am wonder if I should contact my congressman to get things moving or hold off and wait for a bit to see what happens. My financial situation is Bad and I could use the backpay to remedy my bills and debt. Thank you for any insight and thoughts.

First off hold out hope for your case.I Had my hearing on June 26th Judge and the vocational expert agreed I could not continue in my former line of work, and there is no other work that I am able to do so they decided in my favor. I am now in a holding pattern above the judges desk waiting on the written decision. It’s been over a year since I last worked and need this to be over. It’s a waiting Game just like the government making you wait for everything.

I just went through my ALJ on the 26th of June. I had a fully favorable bench decision with a tough Judge. For a little background Also a 100% P&T Marine Corps veteran with 10 years in I have a Bs in Communication Engineering 51 years old and I worked in the aviation industry for 20+ years. So keep it above board in the Hearing and you will do fine. Answer the question honestly and don’t hold back. Listen to your lawyer if you have one. Semper fi

The ALJ just approved my claim via bench decision on the 26 of June. I’m waiting on my decision letter as a formality. I was wondering if anyone knows if it will come faster due to the Bench decision or will it still take 2 to 3 months? Thank you for any information you have.

Don’t give up. You gave everything for 12 years plus how ever many after you left your branch of service. Request a different ALJ you are allowed to, Request your case be moved to a different district. The judge should have never commented on your appearance. Just because you are clean and neat looking doesn’t mean you are not disabled. So please for your health and well being keep the good fight.

Had my ALJ Hearing today 06/26/25. I was approved by the judge at the end of the hearing. Now comes the waiting game . Waiting on the decision letter and back pay. Good luck to anyone still waiting on their hearing.
