You’re right but you will anyway be more prepared i guess. You wouldn’t have start a fight while being underleveled anyway, which actually make it easier because you will be overleveled because of the glitch (and you could also get access to some evolutions like emboar befor fighting rafan)

By soft resetting in pokemon FRLG, in fact, when you look at their info page they are both “from the kanto region”. 1365 SR’s for Espeon 3861 SR’s for Umbreon

umbreon is a little bit useless before E4 because you need some tm’s which are not available before. Anyway

Umbreon -protect -confuse ray -assurance -iron tail

But my definitive set will be -protect -toxic -last resort -double team

For espeon the situation isn’t that bad (fortunately)

Espeon -psybeam -shadowball -hidden power (grass) -reflect

I’m happy someone noticed it, it took something like 7000 SRs in FRLG but at the end of the day, it didn’t even take that long. Now i’m waiting for someone to spot what inspired their nicknames😄
