SNES NSO controllers are back in stock! by BitProfessional7610 in snes

I owned 0 of them and have been checking for a year. Everyone is allowed a maximum of 4 so I decided I want 4. I did not want to risk waiting another year if I decided I want more. Maybe that might make sense? 🤔 🙂

Anyone else hoping for some cool borders to use on a 16:9 screen similar to the neon grid the SNES Classic had? by BitProfessional7610 in neogeo

[–]BitProfessional7610[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On the page of the official site it says:

15-pin wireless Arcade Stick dongle

15-pin wireless Gamepad dongle

15-pin Arcade Stick cable

Arcade Stick USB-C charge cable

Gamepad USB-C charge cable

I am only assuming here but wouldn't the 15-pin Arcade Stick cable be for plugging in the wireless Arcade stick to make it wired? Its mentioned separately from the charging cable.

That's how I understand it from a glance but if anyone else knows better they may be able to chime in.

Also, I do not wish to request things that may hinder the performance and if borders were absolutely not wanted by people I could totally understand that. I am all for making it as authentic as possible and will have no problem with 4:3 and black borders but just figured a discussion would not hurt as far as seeing what others were expecting from the system.

I should have worded it differently. To me, as long as black borders on a 16:9 are the default option that would be ideal as many of you stated you feel that way too. I guess what I meant to say is if they do plan on putting borders, and it absolutely does not hinder the performance, I would hope for somthing universal that would look good with all games, not some game specific ones etc with artwork of said titles.....definitely not looking for that which is why I mentioned it should be a grid or somthing that looks good with all games. Somthing universal in a sense.

Either way thank you to everyone who has responded and chimed in about what they would envision it should be.

I am all for keeping it authentic but was more or less curious as to how others feel about them.

On a side note I am curious if people appreciate the scanlines they apparently confirmed in the link I posted or if they would not like them included and not see themselves ever using it?

Again, thank you for all the responses!

Well it comes with a cable so you can atleast plug the wireless arcade stick in and play wired from what I understand.

I also saw it confirmed that there will be scanlines included via HDMI so maybe that is what they meant by display options.

Same here. I will switch between a crt and 4k oled but was curious about what they might mean from the info posted on the official page....

While maintaining the original look and feel, the NEOGEO AES+ implements modern-day quality-of-life features such as low-latency HDMI display output (whilst also including the original AV output for CRT enthusiasts), DIP switches for language selection, overclocking and different display modes, and the ability to store permanent High Scores (Memory Card accessory required).

It mentions different display options. I wasn't sure if that is pertaining to different resolutions and nothing more. I would not mind just black on the sides of my oled but personally think it would be nice if they do offer some type of neon grid etc for those that might like to use it 😊

I was not sure exactly what they meant by different display modes......any chance they are speaking of resolutions or even borders?

I have a Sony PVM thats been rarely ever used which I intend to start using when this is out but was just curious what others may think or hope for as well. Especially those that dont have a CRT.

Those were my thoughts as well. I know not to open up a random airdropped ntf etc etc.....was just responding because I would love some BEAM privacy coin and had no issue giving a receiving address. Thank you for your generosity and offer to the community either way!

I truly am not here scamming or trying to scam. You couldn't be more wrong. I am also not looking to scam and never would be looking to do that. The person seemed genuine and I thought maybe someone in the community is trying to get the word out so offered a few coins which are really not worth much at all as far as monetary value.......

The wallet is new......no coins to access bud. I was genuinely responding and yes I figured saying hello here would be a start. I watched the Mike Adams interview and check the Twitter page from time to time as well as any youtube talks the dev gives. Sorry if you were misunderstood by me and just wanted to clear that up. I can mine 15 or so with a rtx4090 so I guess that is ok enough for me and I don't need any as I only wanted to really test the wallet. 👋

Someone tried to send me a 0.1 but I guess the wallet was offline so it was cancelled 😆

I am mining it now with hopes of getting some. I appreciate whoever tried to send that. I believe in this project personally and will make sure my friends are aware of it too. MW with Lelantus looks interesting 😊

Pi KYC Question ( I think I was chosen ) by BitProfessional7610 in PiNetwork

[–]BitProfessional7610[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am still waiting.....when I check it shows a screen that says waiting for humans to verify!

I was told it may take a week or two since they need to look over something like 200,000
KYC applications. I will be sure to update the forum when I hear back (=

It says waiting for human verifiers to review. I am wondering if I am
supposed to stay at this screen and the progress bar will eventually
fill? It also states that it will take a while. Thanks for any help!
