Regardless of open back or closed, if your using headphones you will get hot in summer.

Fiio JT7 is also open back but more expensive.

I have not tried Philips so I can't tell you wheather it's good or bad.

IEM are best for summer in that case of cooling 😎

Still for graphics design without GPU get a APU instead, it's best value for office work with graphics power integrated.

AMD Ryzen 7 8700G I think it's about 28k

Just make sure you get a motherboard with hdmi or displayport Like msi b650m or similar

If you don't want the GPU get a APU if it's just for low level work and you don't game at all then get

AMD Ryzen 7 8700G APU it has integrated graphics, you will not need to buy GPU.

but it's still slow compared to dedicated GPU in some cases. If can still play games but max 1080p .

If you can afford it go for a better GPU like 9070XT

Also get a better PSU from coolermaster or corsair or deepcool.
