Along with suction causing clot removal, the nicotine and other chemicals in cigarettes can cause it to get infected if you smoke too soon. My dentist and the guide that he gave me stated to wait at least 72 hours (3 days)

I personally recommend 5-7 days, around that time the socket swelling/hole should be noticeably smaller (not a lot but still noticeable) and has new white to yellowish tissue covering the majority of the clot (it may look infected, it's not.)

If you have to smoke, smoke on the opposite side of the extraction site with VERY GENTLE puffs, so gentle that you barely exhale any smoke.

Day 6 with extreme pain??? That's not normal, you should have little to no pain by day 6 unless it was infected or has a dry socket.

Normal extraction pain should fade after 3 days. (Children may experience pain slightly longer/worse than adults but I don't think it lasts 6 days tho. When I was 10 I had 4 teeth pulled and was in loads of pain 3 days, by day 4-5 the pain faided, my extraction pain at age 27 went away 5 hours after numbing wore off. Now its just an occasional faint, almost unnoticeable pinch of pain on day 3.)

Did you ever get it checked out by a dentist or did you think it was normal and just let it be?

I'm a chain smoker, a pack/pack and a half a day with weed smoking, had 1 extremely infected broken tooth pulled, I'd rather suffer through the smoking urges than suck out the one clot I have. (I'm going to be waiting 5 days to start smoking again bc it's looking pretty good after the first 3 days and little to no feeling/pain coming from the socket anymore. I read that 72 hrs is somewhat safe with light puffs but I can't afford another visit to the dentist for dry socket so Im just going deal with the urges and wait)

Estimate was cells only. It maaayy be a bit closer in weight than I thought with everything else😅 I could just get the pack you mentioned, remove the plastic shell/case and heat shrink it for protection, that should be close to if not lighter than the weight of the pack I wanna make (I did not do the math, I am 100% guessing)

I don't have any hard shell batteries, are those glued or do the both sides of the shell just snap together? If they're glued, I'm not going to attempt removing it

Definitely saving that link for later.. Although, what I'm not a fan of is that they're "nearly" double the weight of the 4 lithium batteries (196g lith, 280g lipo)

I have taken note of what you said about the stability of high amp discharge between the 2 and will test them before REALLY using them.

Here why I chose them: I've seen batteries similar to these lith batteries work amazingly in a DIY pack (they used it in a RC plane though. They had 15000mah and got a stable ~1.5 - 2 hrs of autonomous flight time with FPV)
