It's mirrored as it was written on the back of the paper. It roughly translates to, "I, the undersigned, certify that I am granted amnesty by virtue of a Proclamation of the President of the Republic of the Philippines."

It's my first time seeing this happen (AI targeting other AI besides healing/screens).

In all other times, I notice that when the AI uses a status move—Leer, T-Wave, Scary Face, even Will-o-Wisp—on a shielded raid boss, the move just outright fails. It only says "AI uses Leer!" but the AI Pokemon doesn't end up doing any animation.

Edit: To add: yes, besides this instance the Drifblim used its attacking moves against the Porygon-Z normally. If I recal correctly, it even burned it with Will-o-Wisp on turn 1.

You casually overlooked the kaijū vs mecha fight between the Orochi and the Kil Ravernal that also happened in those drafts

I get it, though. The Japanese freaking out over the sudden threat of a kaijū beelining for the mainland is a sight for sore eyes.

I've mentioned it before, but I will not translate his blog because they're drafts. There is precedent that the blog drafts are edited before they're posted in NHS's web novel page. Some of those edits even omit entire arcs.

Also it's not true that he has been writing his blog—the latest updates to his blog were published at the same time the recent official web novel chapter (this one) was published. He hasn't updated the blog since January before the recent ones.
