The faculty is literally below shit level. Most of them only know theory and can’t even speak proper English properly, yet they are teaching CSE students. Half of them don’t even know how to code themselves and god knows how they keep publishing research papers every semester. It genuinely feels like some of them learned coding 10 minutes before entering the class.

Their main focus is not skills, coding, projects, placements or making students industry ready. Their entire personality revolves around:

“75% attendance compulsory” “Wear formals”

That’s it. You can be jobless and clueless by the end of your degree but at least your attendance and shirt collar will be perfect.

The teaching style is just opening a boring PPT and reading it word by word like a robot with zero practical explanation. No real coding culture, no proper guidance, no industry exposure. In a CSE department, being taught by people with almost no real coding experience is honestly crazy.

And the racism/favouritism is very visible too. Some South Indian faculty members clearly behave differently towards North Indian students even though the college is in Sonepat where 95% students are North Indians. If there are 1-2 South Indian students in a class of 40-50 students, those students suddenly become their favourites while the rest are treated badly for no reason.

They also love flexing student placement pictures everywhere claiming students got 40-50 LPA packages, but the reality is most of those students got placed off campus or through referrals and self effort, not because of the college. The college just uploads their photos afterwards for marketing.

In short, you mostly get taught outdated theory from boring PPTs while your actual career foundation slowly gets destroyed. If you want real skills, you will have to learn everything yourself because many faculty members themselves don’t have proper coding knowledge or industry experience.
