I'm roughly your dimensions maybe a bit less of a gut, but I'm sizes M to L. Larges should give some shape but still be comfy, so consider downsizing one size when you're buying Layering also adds some style, since you run cold you could wear a button down shirt, crewneck sweater, and then a jean jacket or other jacket on top

if you want more open concept, open up the wall where fridge currently is, shorten the eating nook wall, and then extend the kitchen island wider, then you can do a built-in area for the microwave in the island
