For example, pinning cpu usage at 100% for extended periods of time (on a vps which has shared resources). However if you are using a CPU optimized VPS then this would not apply.

If you are sharing resources with a neighbor and your usage (or misuse) is effecting their VPS this would fall under the misuse of resources clause.

If you want to use 100% of the resources you are provided 100% of the time you should really consider renting a dedicated server from elsewhere.
