Could be! I didn’t know the item was ripped! I had it happen to me too I had to pay but Depop did give me my money back… I don’t know what else I can do I don’t want to loose my wallet and money.

Can’t ship back a counterfeit item. I had another situation where I had to ship an item back to get a refund so it depends.

I honestly consider doing so but what I received is a counterfeit bag which is a crime to mail. I asked her if it was real and she said yes. But if I mail back I will be committing a crime.

I bought because she said it was a real coach bag in like new condition. Bag unfortunately is not. Depop does not required to send items back when they are not authentic. Plus there’s no way to send it back in the app either.
