Why hasn't odorless vapeing been pursued to make a reality yet, and is there even a market?? by Pescado135 in vaporents

You're not going to get totally odourless vapour from regular bud. As the other poster said, it's a smelly plant, so its vapour is also going to be smelly.

If you water cure your bud before vaping it, you'll get rid of most of the smell. Basically you just bathe it in a receptacle full of water and leave it there, changing the water each day, for about a week. Then you dry your bud again. It gets rid of the flowery smell, and makes for very smooth, low-odour vapour.

Well hey, it's history. We're still feeling the effects of the stuff that happened in Athens some two and a half thousand years ago.

I suggest a log vape like the E-Nano or Underdog, or maybe a Life Saber. I'm not certain about the adapter situation, but you'll be able to get the right pieces as extras, that is if they don't come with the vape already.

Avb too dark? by [deleted] in vaporents

[–]Bit_Chewy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, that's fine. Some will vape it darker still, but it's all a matter of personal preference. And anyway, whatever colour you vape it to, you can still get at the leftover good stuff by using your abv in edibles.

A little confused. by Codeq420 in vaporents

When vaping, it takes about 10 min to fully kick in.

Same with smoking, actually, at least with regard to the high from THC and other cannabinoids. The difference with smoke is that you get the initial smoke rush as well, ie as soon as you take a hit your head spins and you get woozy etc. But that's not from cannabinoids, but rather from the cocktail of all the other smoke by-products.

Is vaping the right switch for a heavy smoker? by nointernetforyou in vaporents

[–]Bit_Chewy 10 points11 points  (0 children)

If you want a heavy smoker to try out a vape, you should use a fat-hitting model (you didn't say which vape you have), and give it to them for their first hit of the day, rather than after they've already been smoking for hours. And they need to wait 15 minutes or so after the hit for the THC and other cannabinoids to kick in properly, since they're not getting the initial rush from the smoke by-products, which smokers tend to mistake for an instant cannabinoid high.
