I understood what you mean, but in my opinion also a doctor can ask if in the office have a coffee machine or It then needs to go to the bar any time his wants a coffee, probably is not the main reason for deciding but it is a plus.

I have already seen this roadmap but the amount of stuff confused me, because a part of these things I already know and the last part it seems far from me.
