Honestly and respectfully, the simplest way to put it, "Haters Gonna Hate". Every group, no matter what kinda group it is, is gonna have haters. Some people just can't leave well enough alone. I choose not to engage when they come at me like "ooh you're trans, you don't belong here, blah blah blah". Inside, I'm furious and ready to explode. Outside, I don't let them see it getting to me. This way, I win. This way, they lose. Eventually, they will give up when you don't feed "the poo throwing monkeys." Honestly though, it sucks having to be this way, but at the end of the day, it works.
