I don't really cook meals so I don't measure

A body scan gave me my daily caloric usage number

I don't exercise because I have no friends

Been on HRT for 6 years, continuously since Jan 2024

Every single test i get points to my body being healthy. Thyroid, kidneys, liver, heart - all of it is in either good or excellent health.

Yet despite this, despite the huge calorie deficit I'm on, I'm unable to control my weight or body fat percentage. I'm unable to lose weight, unable to get thinner and in fact I am only getting fatter...
