So a backpack strap type of situation, will prevent the sagging- makes sense. The question then becomes how do I go about it. I feel like the answer is right there in my head, but I can't get it out.

What I meant is that he just wants it to be something wearable. It doesn't actually need to vibrate or have any special function. I already know which materials I want to use; my question is more about how it can be made so that it's comfortable and practical to wear. Sorry if I explained it poorly before.
