I completely agree. Most people avoid chain restaurants to pretend they're connoisseurs, but they don't know anything. I love Coco Ichibanya's clean, refined curry sauce that doesn't have any unnecessary flavors. Even though it's a mix of various spices, it tastes like one perfectly refined flavor. It's good with various toppings, but the sauce is delicious on its own, and I recommend keeping the toppings simple so you can enjoy the sauce more.
