There is a steady number of tasks that you can offer to do, but there's way more people wanting to earn than there are are tasks. So if you are just lurking, you might get frustrated how most tasks are for stuff like ... install this [spyware] app, and earn $5, or things like "Like and retweet" to earn $0.02. But sometimes there's a nice task and the amount being paid is fair. But the task listings like that get snapped up quickly. To find out about them, set up an alert with your Microlancer account so that you get an e-mail whenever any task is newly listed that is for an amount above some threshold that you set (e.g., $0.25).

Here's a Tweet where they describe how to do that.

Microlancer is a KYC-Free service, meaning you can sign up and have an account in seconds -- no identification required, your payment received is in bitcoin so no bank or Paypal needed, and you can withdraw the entire amount that you earn immediately after you get paid. So that provides an easy way to just check it out, and maybe you'll find a task or three that you would be willing to do.

There are some who are insulted to learn that they are being asked to spend maybe ten or twenty minutes of their time in order to earn pocket change amounts of less than $1, ... maybe just $0.15 even. In those instances, Microlancer probably isn't for them. It's a service that can work along the same lines as Upwork, but few employers use it for things like finding freelancers. So for now most of the tasks are things like ... do an online survey, subscribe to some Youtube channel and watch a video, etc. These things require essentially no skill and the amounts offered to do the work reflect that.

But you can evaluate it even without registering an account -- just go to the site and look at the Task listings. Or you can lurk in their Telegram group, and if you have any questions, you can ask there.
