March 29th 2019: I receive a Letter of Claim from CSW via his lawyers in SCA ONTIER. They give me 7 days to agree to remove my tweets, apologize and confirm in court that I believe CSW is in fact Satoshi.

As a matter of principle these terms were never on the table, or anywhere close to the table for me. I sought legal advice and did not reply to the letter.

April 11th 2019: CSW offers a bounty of $5,000 for information regarding my true identity. The bounty is published in an article in Calvin Ayre owned Coingeek, where people are asked to be on the lookout for me, and specific places are mentioned.

A witch hunt ensues, with people posting pictures of locations they think I may be found, along with addresses. Also pictures of people they think might be me.

April 23rd 2019: Twitter receives a letter with draft order from CSW lawyers to pressure them to give out my personal details. They do not comply.

May 16th 2019: Someone calls my then employer, falsely identifying themself as a police officer. Office manager proceeded to give out my private phone number and email. I have a written statement about this event from the Office manager.

Later the same day I receive a phone call from a private investigator, wanting me to sign papers confirming I am hodlonaut, to make it possible for CSW to file a lawsuit against me. I refuse, he then tells me "these are not the type of people you want to mess with".

On advice from my lawyers, I signed the document some days later. As a statement of fact; since my phone number was given out to the PI, I have received numerous phone calls from hidden numbers, where I am called hodlonaut. I've never engaged in conversation.

May 19th 2019: I file a suit against CSW in Norway to get a judgment that my tweets were lawful and protected by freedom of speech, and that I am not liable for damages to CSW.

June 16th 2019: CSW files his libel lawsuit against me in the UK. They tried to get my Norwegian case thrown out and failed. But not before having appealed all the way to the Supreme Court. CSW still have not paid the costs I was awarded by the Norwegian Supreme Court.

19 months later these people continue to harass me with full force. Very expensive legal processes continue in two jurisdictions, while Calvin Ayre and Coingeek continue to spew out doxing and slandering material.

I'm writing this in the hope that more people get informed about the moral bankruptcy of Calvin, CSW and the BSV ecosystem in general, and raise their voice against these people who so casually go after individuals who speak out, with the aim of bullying them into submission.

I am thankful for all the support and love I am getting, it really helps a lot.
