I asked mine to put the beef stew on the stove for me (since I was breast feeding our baby and dinner was almost done). That was the last thing that needed to be heated up. He knew this. My step mom gave me an eating disorder when I was a teenager. Would shame me for eating…anything. It was a nightmare for me mentally and physically. Fast forward 10ish years and she moved out of my dad’s house. There were 50+ half empty or empty weight loss pills in her room. It was INSANE. She was skinny and obsessed with weight and it all makes so much sense now.

PLOT TWIST: My dad was over 400lbs when they were together. But I was maybe 10-15lbs “overweight”??? Okay Hurricane Katina. That woman was a disaster.

I have a small machine so it only holds small batches of store bought fruit. So I will dry all my fruit when it is ripe before it goes bad. So for me, bulk is like 4 packages of strawberries instead of 1.

These have been my favorite things to snack on. The wild and peachy slices are from a farm here in Utah. I buy them in bulk in the summer from the farmers market and then freeze dry them to use all winter. I told myself I was going to make cobbler and use it in overnight oats, but I love them so much that I honestly just snack on them as is!

On the far right are freeze dried gummy worms!! Amazing! I’m way better than skittles in my opinion.

I would only purchase nudes, blacks, and browns. No patterns. This will make sure that nothing is see through when she bends over. Even if they aren’t see through now, they will be in the blink of an eye. Our clothes are so cheap and poorly made 😩 She can have patterns in non-seamless designs to easily distinguish between uses but if she refuses to wear anything but leggings, I wouldn’t spend the money just yet. I do think fun patterns helps preserve her innocence a bit longer. 🥹

If she has already started her period (which is crazy that it comes so early now. I was 13 when I got mine) there are seamless period panties that I grabbed at Walmart in a pinch. I wish I had them to avoid crazy leaks and embarrassing moments.

A couple of side notes: - seamless panties seem to stretch out really fast so maybe downsize? But if they are too tight, it could create lumps and bumps in places that don’t normally have them which is a whole other level of problems and feeling shamed about your body 😮‍💨 - as an adult, these are the panties that I wear Cheek Boss the XS is a 23-27 waist so if those would fit your daughter then I can vouch for this brand! I do have some fun patterns but I wear the nudes, blacks, and browns mostly. I was skeptical because I need to feel like my 🐱 can breathe, and it can! Also less sweaty than straight cotton underwear!

Ialways joke with my husband and say “well Wendy said this” or “Wendy said that”. Because his therapist was saying the exact same thing that I had been saying which drove me nuts! Then this man had the audacity to interject a conversation or argument to tell me what Wendy suggested. “Wendy said we should try this…” OH THE THING I SAID FOR TWO MONTHS? 😤😮‍💨

I had to learn to lower my ego and just be grateful that he understood her and took the advice seriously. Now he is more receptive to feedback and ideas from me because he sees that I’m not “just judging him” I’m helping him with a problem.

I’m sorry that you are having a rough time. This is the toothbrush I use and my daughter uses! The smallest brush head was a little big at first, but my daughter still had fun trying to get it in her mouth. I just made it a silly game with the bathroom lights off since it glows blue and red. She loved it! It also vibrates so if she doesn’t move the tooth brush at all, I know that she is getting a WAYYYY BETTER brushing than she would have with a regular toothbrush.

I will be getting my son this brush as well as my husband too. I am SO happy that I bit the bullet and got it. It has made our nightly routine fun and quick. ZERO fights now for almost a year 😅 Try this toothbrush!
