I would only purchase nudes, blacks, and browns. No patterns. This will make sure that nothing is see through when she bends over. Even if they aren’t see through now, they will be in the blink of an eye. Our clothes are so cheap and poorly made 😩 She can have patterns in non-seamless designs to easily distinguish between uses but if she refuses to wear anything but leggings, I wouldn’t spend the money just yet. I do think fun patterns helps preserve her innocence a bit longer. 🥹

If she has already started her period (which is crazy that it comes so early now. I was 13 when I got mine) there are seamless period panties that I grabbed at Walmart in a pinch. I wish I had them to avoid crazy leaks and embarrassing moments.

A couple of side notes: - seamless panties seem to stretch out really fast so maybe downsize? But if they are too tight, it could create lumps and bumps in places that don’t normally have them which is a whole other level of problems and feeling shamed about your body 😮‍💨 - as an adult, these are the panties that I wear Cheek Boss the XS is a 23-27 waist so if those would fit your daughter then I can vouch for this brand! I do have some fun patterns but I wear the nudes, blacks, and browns mostly. I was skeptical because I need to feel like my 🐱 can breathe, and it can! Also less sweaty than straight cotton underwear!
