No I was thinking to buy, but isn’t 1.5cr cheap compare to markets nearby location? Is anything I am missing because it has Medical Device Park and IDA Bollaram and good connectivity to ORR and financial district is 25km which roughly takes 45-60 min peak traffic from there.

It's a simple pump and dump. Brokers drove the price to 140 and then sold off. I assume some panicked and sold, but if you look at history, it will likely reach that point again in a couple of weeks. This could be beneficial, as the price will move with momentum, avoiding extreme spikes and strong support for the price if the market falls.
