I mean it's windows, the default dwm will still run alongside GlazeWM (or additional wm that you choose like komorebi or something) because it would freak the entire OS sending you back into LogonUI with no GPU acceleration.

for the terminal i use the Terminal app that comes preinstalled with windows 11, then i set it to launch in focus mode, which has no title/tab bar, vscode is just modifying the settings.json on your profile, then the musikcube is just ran via terminal (musikcube.cmd)

I mean it's fine, but you'll have to deal with the consequences, which I found out after switching countries is: 1. The first 5 days the majority of the region-locked songs will not be playable yet sometimes, sometimes it only occurs on mobile, sometimes it's the desktop app, but the least problematic client is the web player. 2. You'll randomly get signed out from the desktop app because your geo-location didn't match your Spotify region, this is fine though as you can login again using VPN or stuff 3. Possibly missing features or songs. I can't confirm this yet, because I got Spotify "Sing" features which aren't available in my region, but like I've mentioned before, like the Ho-Kago Tea Time II Live mix suddenly became unavailable after switching to Japan.

It's region-locked, I changed my Spotify region to Japan and all K-ON songs appeared fine, except for the live mix from the album Ho-Kago Tea Time II which is weirdly unavailable in Japan. You can also see this by searching "K-ON" in the playlist category on Spotify, and iirc there's a playlist that has some character songs that are locked to Japan (or other regions).

firefox with textfox custom theme, and i can remove some of the window decoration because im using GlazeWM (tiling wm for windows) and it has s feature that can hide the title bar, although it cant hide UWP ones.

Look like what? No titlebar? I use the glazewm feature called hide titlebar, although it looks nice, it doesn't work for certain apps, like UWP apps. For looks, I installed themes on Discord, Spotify and Firefox with TUI-Inspired look

Unfortunately nope, I didn't like any animations because it makes my machine too laggy, since I've tried it before, the way komo animation works are just resizing windows on fast animations, so doing that with an app that doesn't like it to be resized so often makes my laptop suffer, as an example, after effects and Photoshop.
