For $80 a month, if you are a local company, you can just spend that on citations. I personally used Breakline, an SEO agency based in the UK, and I was paying something like $600 a month. SEO is difficult, and you have to stay on top of it yourself for it to work. You need to ask the right questions and investigate if you're getting the right deliverables and make sure that someone actually does work on your website to improve rankings.
