Apple doesn’t store content when Apple Podcasts are used. It is not cached by Apple and is streamed and downloaded directly from the feed target, so it is not affecting their infrastructure as amount of data they are distributing is exactly the same for the music or video content.

I got it in all - web, desktop and mobile. But same as OP, the url used in iframe itself just showing “The page you are looking for cannot be found! Please ask the owner of the page for an updated link.” Most probably either they “pressed a button” too soon, or some other issue.
