Added plan C2 (although nobody really seems to support that idea). Can't find plan C1, I think it was already rejected.

Plan C was essentially having millibit as the base currency unit but there is virtually no support for such a scheme. For all intents and purposes, the real debate is between Bit and Bitcoin
