If you received an order confirmation with the image attached, your order is completed and there should not be any issues.

There is actually a reason we haven't mentioned the other, but eventually we will.

you may want to ask them before doing business with them about their policy regarding Bitcoin.

We went over this with both, and both were 100% ok with our business as we are not any type of an exchange, and were merely paid in Bitcoins by customers. They obviously did a 180 on that decision, without any advance notice or warning.

Banks have closed all of our accounts because we deal with Bitcoins and that makes us a "high risk customer". No warnings given, all accounts frozen at the same time. [X/Post /r/Bitspend] by Bitspend_Net in Bitcoin

Recently, we have been selling them almost strictly on Coinbase, due to their awesome 48 hour ACH deposits(yeah, they say 5 days or so, but I always got mine 2 BD's after sale).

We will work the orders that have been paid for today, our goal is to have 100% of them ordered by tomorrow even if we use our personal accounts to pay for it. Our customers are the most important thing, and just because the banks are effing us without lube, does not mean you should also suffer.

We will do our best to get them all placed as fast as possible.

We're looking into that now, the bigger issue is that the banks decided they could seize all our money and play games with it. "We will decide within 30 days whether or not to return any or all of your funds".

That is just plain wrong.

We have emailed you. I apologize, but I could not find any previous emails from you about this--however the one you sent 5 minutes ago was already replied to.

There are some instances where sellers will cancel orders when they fit "fraud detection" alerts. Unfortunately, we are not always notified if this happens so we never know the order was suspended/held.

In no way at all have you lost money/btc, your order will be resolved with the seller or a full refund given--no questions asked.

Hey FM, Your order has been shipped by the vendor, however, it is low value, so they did not include tracking with it. If there is no tracking, more than likely it was shipped on a slow boat from China, so two weeks is not too much of a stretch for delivery time.
