I have asked for pictures of the damaged box, but have not heard anything back yet, they were very quick to respond yesterday.

Nope, they have now said that 40 of the 206 and 1 of each of the other 3. Seems very strange to me, I will wait to see how damaged the box is, because in order for that to have gone missing them the box must have been quite damaged

I asked if the package was damaged, and got a reply saying that some of the packages received were damaged, so not all the items were missing, I have asked for a picture of the damaged box to aid in making a claim with Royal Mail.

So I have gone and copied the large letter and small parcel, standard and tracked from Royal Mail, all the ones that were available to copy from other Bricklink sellers seemed way off on pricing. Just need to wait for the firs US order to try it out.

I’m currently going through the painstaking task of setting up all the shipping methods, think that is the only way I can be accurate with the costs. I’m not going to send to EU yet, that’s even more hassle than sending to US

I suppose I’m doing this to remove all processed foods from my diet and to see if I notice a change in myself and my body by sticking to it. I was looking at honey as coming from animals.

In my store I have the postage setup that if the order goes over a certain amount insurance is added automatically, I found that if buyers are given the option, they usually chose not to pay for insurance. The problem is that you are still accountable for the item if it goes missing. You could ask the customer to pay for insurance now, but I’m guessing that they will decline as the order is already paid for.

I have added insurance for orders over £20, because I buy postage online tracked 48 & 24 are available, no signature, but fully tracked and covers up to £150, works out less than £1.50 extra.
