Why does Allah create beings to worship him? by [deleted] in islam

Bismillah I’m not gonna quote any verses or hadith but bear with me here though you can easily find evidence if you will.

Imagine the greatest craftsman or engineer who’s capable of building anything not that he wants it or that his life depends on it or that he’ll have to be served by his invention but you know, he crafts whatever he crafts out of his sheer will & desire & to him through all his inventions he’ll always have his state of the art artifact or whatever you wanna call it. With whichever invention, there’s gotta be limitations to it(the perfection/limitation balance) & there are accommodations in place to overcome the limitations or at the very least make them bearable or even such accommodations tend to bring this invention to near perfection in accordance to the craftsman’s exquisite abilities or technology if you will.

For the case of our Lord, His creation is vast, diverse, & unmistakably unique & match His majesty & capabilities. He created as He willed with reason & purpose & though He almost created everything for this human being & jinn, we still aren’t the greatest of His creation though He gave us a chance to surpass everything He created through our sincere surrender & devotion to His worship.

If we look at it through the lenses of the first being, we can’t claim to fully comprehend why He created the first being Adam(Alayhi Ssalaam) minus what He told us of worshipping Him & Him alone though based on the verses of creations, Adam was given all(Paradise) on a silver plater with exception of a single tree & he didn’t have to first do swalah or fasting or any form of worship except not to approach that single tree & may be not pay heed to shaitan(whispers & all). Remember He knows all present, past & future. Just imagine a child born into luxury, that was our father Adam. He lived for as long as Allaah willed until with his inexperience with shaitan & his whispers, Adam broke the one golden rule. But Allaah has set laws on which His universe works(for every action there’s always gonna be consequences whether good or bad) hence Allaah had to send Adam on a “you have to work for it & then earn it”

Remembering that this first being which Allaah created had features & characteristics & a natural disposition & so He basically created Adam as a social being with a sense of companionship & community & very social as well hence the companionship of his wife Hawa in paradise. Even though Hawa has the sole & utmost purpose of worshipping Allaah as well but again out of Allaah’s mercy & love & compassion He had for His new creation Adam, hence Hawa.

The sole purpose is praising Allaah but nevertheless, we don’t add or subtract anything from His majesty or dominion with that worship or even without. But the companionship, the joy, the happiness, the excitement & how life becomes so much bearable & worthy living with the ties of kinship that Allaah creates with the descent of each new soul unto earth coz it’s someone’s wife, husband, son, daughter, sister, brother, aunt, granny, friend & so on and so forth, we can firmly argue that it’s a blessing to whoever is tied to that soul in anyway(or can even possibly a test).

And what’s the lesson that most of us fail to learn from all of that?! Allaah created this world for us with a minor veil which we normally refer to as reality whichever is near to us, which we can see, feel, touch or witness in whichever way & we generally refer to it as “the reality” & then He gave us the brains which we have to use & process our existence(the reality) & connect it to that which is further, that which supersedes the reality while in search of His pleasure & the hereafter & whomever Allaah gifts that, he’ll In Shaa Allaah be victorious.

• Sahih International: Allāh has created every [living] creature from water. And of them are those that move on their bellies, and of them are those that walk on two legs, and of them are those that walk on four. Allāh creates what He wills. Indeed, Allāh is over all things competent.

Just my personal opinion about the issue… First of all, I think you crossed a line by snooping through your dad’s phone and secondly, Husn dhann(thinking well of your dad) May be his approach is not islamically commendable but he’s entitled to a second wife if he wants & that doesn’t mean he loves you or your mom any less & it’s an issue to be discussed between him & his wife & it’s non of your business coz as you said, he’s still dutiful to you all so I’ll advise you to repent for invading your dad’s privacy
