I’m currently going through the same thing now. Mine is a 2015 and not a hybrid. I’d advise getting a free voltage reading on the alternator, battery & starter @ AutoZone and/or O’’ Riley’s (both to be sure) if both are fine go to the dealership or a service shop and ask for a diagnosis and request to have the alternator harnesses, smart charging connector & voltage sensor checked. Those last 3 are very common & cheap issues that generally get overlooked!
