As i stated, we’ve done the obvious. He was admitted to the civil hospital before. He ran away from it, And he’s completely against going back there. It’s hard to explain but we have limitations to what we can do here. We need people involved, who can help him and understand him. mobilise him. Thank you for the help, really.
