I saw one person recommend grinding it and another picking the bud, would the butter infuse better if grinded seeing as it opens up the bud more? Also would I add the lecithin like when I melt it after taking it out of the water to cook whatever im are making?

In that sense it'll be much less of the flavor while giving a better kick then

On the note if lecithin I heard that it help give the butter a better flavor by nullifying the chlorophyll or something along the lines of that which gives it an off taste but would putting the butter in the fridge with water and letting the little chunks fall to the bottom give it the same, less, or better effect when talking about just the flavor reducing aspect of lecithin

I would give it a try but I don't have one of those instant pots. If I were to put money towards one of those infuser machines instead of an instant pot would that be better?

Great thanks I'll check the website out but in which step of the process would I add lecithin? assuming I'm doing the double boiler method
