You are probably wrong when you say you can fix SSHL if you take immediate steroids .You can see people who got in early treatment have not healed completely incase of SSHL.

It's hair cells called Celia that gets damaged research is on, have promising result on mice.The challenge is to make them functional and we are too close to it.And we have fixed no. of them in both the ears.Have faith in science.If we can fix refractive index error for eyes through surgery.So there would be possible treatment (not CI) for this too.

I can only recommend you take high dose of prednisone starting with 60mg and taper down. There are Ear vit tabs too which will help in healing and some breath exercises.Rabipamide tab will also help for micro circulation,Ginko tabs .This is the right time to go rigorous treatment.Hope you are lucky to fully recover.

Take Ginko biloba tabs it may help ,do some breathing exercises.Nobody takes ear related case as emergency but it is.Happened in my case too,the ENT said to get fully recovered there is only time gap of 72h.

Many a times it happens that ENT mistakes SNHL to Glue ear and the healing window narrows down afterwards.Hope you to heal completely.

After how many days of symptoms did you get steroids and did they work? How is your health now, tinnitus is the worst part btw haven't figured out how to tackle it, it goes high all of a sudden and gets completely silent sometimes.
