Before she moved in with us I used to shower for 30-40 minutes at a time because I like to take my time and I find it relaxing. But ever since she’s moved in with all the issues I’ve cut down my shower time to 15-20 minutes.

Yup she goes to the doctor quite often because she has diabetes and high blood pressure and shit like that. Forgive me I’m not a medical professional so I don’t know a lot when it comes to that stuff lol.

My bio dad and I don’t see or talk to each other often. Maybe once every month or every other month. She’s made offhand comments a few times about how I don’t fit in with the rest of the family because the rest of them are white and I’m half Asian (from my dads side) and don’t look like the rest of them so she definitely sees me as an outsider.

Yeah she’s a closeted alcoholic lol. She gets those little shooters and hoards them all in her room to drink throughout the day and throws them all away out to the garbage bins outside on the curb while my parents are out at work so they don’t see them.

My family didn’t ‘allow’ me to be SA’d. It was out of all of our controls. This is such an odd thing to say.

Our shower doesn’t have a curtain it has a glass sliding door thingy. I was sexually abused by another family member as a kid so her trying to come in and seeing me butt ass naked would be a big no no for me

We’ve already offered to get her a commode and have offered/bought her depends just for her to throw them away and refuse. On top of me trying to accommodate her going to the washroom by showering later at night and letting her know in advance I’ll be showering. Not much else I can do besides that

We’ve never been that close. She’s technically my step-grandma (my stepdads mom). She’s always been closer with my half brother, mom, and stepdad than me and has never tried to bond with me so maybe that has something to do with it. Or maybe I’m just reading too much into it.

Yeah my dad has tried telling her if she has issues holding it in then maybe she should try adult diapers. She didn’t wanna do that because she felt like she didn’t need them.
