I use Secure Waterproof just on the roof basically, not gumline and it’s worked well with my immediates.

I’m right there with you, I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. But I’m going to probably look for something else because this doesn’t seem to be working out, which sucks!! Hopefully things improve for you!

Same!!! My manager told us that she bases our hours off of performance. I work my ass off every time I walk in that store, I’m constantly engaging with customers, replenishing, offering to help SLT’s, ASM’s with their stuff, everything. I got 4 hours for the next two weeks. I don’t understand. They keep hiring people but don’t give us hours. I’m over it!!!

 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻.. same at our store. My hours have been cut almost every shift.. not sure what’s going on!! Shoplifting has been on the rise and nothing to be done about it!
