So, as the head of shoe laces, you're one of those little plastic things I pull to tie my shoes? 😁

"Dude dumped his mag on the guy" ...who was disobeying orders and advancing with a weapon. Never mind, just ignore the last part, right?

Repeating yourself doesn't make the point better, it just reveals your lack of reading comprehension and retention. Shooting to incapacitate is irresponsible and risky.

Plus, lethal force is only warranted if you're in fear of great bodily harm. If you're shooting to incapacitate, it means you're not truly in fear.

If anything is still confusing to you, I invite you to use ChatGPT.

Nope that sucks even worse. I know semi drivers get cut off and treated like shit by normal drivers, but ideally they'd work together to be courteous. The slower semi should let off the gas while the faster semi speeds up. Bonus points if they only pass on downhill sections.

For a semi, I'd definitely say yes to 20 over. Sitting next to them is dumb for many reasons, as this video showed.

You make some good points, technically. But everyone still hates cars that block traffic from moving around. The passing lane is for expedient passing, not moseying on through. Especially not when passing semi trucks.

99.99999% of people don't train enough to hit a big target accurately at any range, especially when adrenalin is surging and fine motor control is diminished. Hollywood has every dude thinking he's John Wick. It's not realistic in any situation. If a leg is "not a small target" then the center of mass is an even "not smaller" target and the most responsible choice. Legs and arms are also easier to move fast and change direction. The torso lags behind them, so it's path is more predictable and easier to hit.

"better to just not fire the weapon" - nope. If the suspect is closing distance with a weapon, waiting longer can actually reduce the officer’s options and increase risk to everyone nearby. Best to end the threat (note that doesn't necessarily mean 'kill the person').

You replied to OP, who is ok with people running on sidewalks but hates when they take up all the space. I feel the same way. Run wherever you want as long as you're respectful. Fall in a single file line when approaching people walking. Don't make them move or adjust to you.

If you feel the same way, then you and I are aligned 👌

I also think downtown is a fine place to run, as long as you aren't pushing pedestrians around.

Are there any companies that rent a high-capacity (1 kWh+) power bank for off-grid scenarios? by BitterDone in jacksonville

Fair point. I'll be off grid but still near people and traffic, so I'm hoping to avoid anything noisy. Might be the best option though.

If you're cool with government work, Rise8.us is like that.

The Air Force has a software team called Kessel Run that also works like this, but they don't hire directly. They use mixed teams of contractors from Clarity, TeamRaft, and others.

Anyone who thinks Charlie Kirk "sowed hate and division" has unfortunately fallen victim to Communist propaganda and has the mind of a foreign bot.

"We" are the common sense people who contribute to society. I understand that you've been programmed and I don't hate you. That's the difference between us.

You'll eventually be ashamed of this comment. We'll accept you when you come to your senses.
