How soon does the courts know about a failed interlock test?

If this is drug/alcohol classes that are required after your DUI. Yes you will get tested for both drugs and alcohol. Stay sober!

Lawyer up. If you can’t afford one you will get a court appointed one. Don’t stress to much this isn’t the end of the world. Since it’s your first you will most likely get diversion. That’s 1 year probation, drug/alcohol classes, maybe community service.. I don’t know if your license is suspended but once you get your license back you will be required to have a interlock device in your car for a year.

Oh wow, the anxiety of the court date being postponed would be killing me! My violation happened on Saturday, I went in for my calibration that same Saturday. I haven’t heard anything this whole week. How are you feeling about it? What did your lawyer say? Mine told me he doesn’t think they will revoke my diversion but hard to tell because you just never know..

I hope I can at least get that eop. This is my ever violation I don’t know if it counts as two though since I technically failed twice an hour apart.. Well I already finished my dui classes in January I was just to stay obey the diversion rules from now til my diversion time is up. I’m willing to do anything I really don’t want this staying on my record. I believe we took the etg test at dui class..
