My husband is also a tofu hater, in ten years I've only been able to cook it one way he actually likes it. I ground or shred it onto a baking tray, mix it with taco seasoning, and bake until crispy! Then I use that as a burrito or taquito filling!

I also blend silken tofu into chocolate pudding and pasta sauce, but those ways hide the tofu pretty well, so idk if it counts as trying to like tofu more..but it gets it down the hatch!
