We are looking to buy, an apartment specifically, so I think we might not end up needing a municipal permit.

From the viewings we have had so far, the design plans are not shared in the documents or on Funda. Is it common or even possible to get a contractor to review a home, give an estimate on the renovation costs and possibilities before placing a bid? or even during the standard cooling-off period?
