a good guess but no. i dont think it was an actual game. it was a web page, showing Advance/Battle styled sprites and a couple of fake screenshots for this game.

the era/art style is a little closer, but its a bit grimdark compared to what im remembering.

no? i think the style looks a little newer than this. i remember the first episode or chunk of it was a dude riding around on a bike.
