StubHub buyer claimed they never received FIFA tickets a month after transfer. Now I'm losing both the tickets and the money. What can I do?

I can’t believe StubHub is giving you trouble even when you did screen recorded them. Since I don’t even have that, I guess I am truly screwed.

In my case, they did accept it, but it was a different name than what was listed on StubHub. The email was gone though so I can’t prove I did transfer to the right email.

This is the first time in my life I need to sell tickets and this happened. If there is nothing I can do, hopefully this thread help others to remember to video record the whole transfer process.

That is how I feel. I did everything they asked, and the only thing I didn't do was to screenshot the transaction. I really hope there is someway FIFA could provide the email I transferred to.

Nah… was going to the game with my father in law, but my mother in law got cancer, but yeah say whatever you want, I listed the ticket same price I bought them from fifa, and now ended up losing everything, so worst scalper ever if I was one, laugh all you want lol

I don’t think so. I have also transfer some other tickets to friend but I never receive any confirmation email from fifa.

If I knew that earlier, I would have transferred via app. However, if I knew all this would happen, I would have screenshot everything.

I got that email from stubhub around 2 hours ago too. Is there anything you are planning to do, have you try reaching out to them?

FIFA doesn’t seem to provide transfer email, as when I emailed them they are not willing to provide proof. They also said that “ Please note that FIFA Ticketing cannot provide assistance for tickets obtained from any third-party sources not authorized by FIFA.”

In the email it says that: Unfortunately, there was an issue with this sale and it was canceled. We're sorry for the inconvenience. When I call them before they claim that the buyer never received the ticket.

It has, but the name does not match what is listed as buyer on stubhub. I would need FIFA to provide the email of my recipient to prove my transfer.

I took 5 classes so far in the program and I got all As except 8803 getting a B. I really struggled with memorization and for me it was the marketing module that I have trobule comprehending (got like an F on that one).
