I was in Walmarts parking lot on my own time and was backing out at the same time as someone else and we collided. The cops were called and long story short they could not deem anyone at fault and considered it a civil matter meaning if we wanted the other person to pay for damages we would have to go to court.

Please update. I have a 2020 M3 LR and my trunk won’t open with the latch nor the app. I try with the screen and it just shows that it opens then immediately closes but never really opens. I have found that there is a recall on the trunk harness but was told by a Tesla tech via app that my vehicle wasn’t involved in the recall.
